2007 Jetta Rear Left Door Lock Does Not Work

2007 jetta rear left door lock does not work. The power door lock does not work on that door nor from the drivers master switch. How do i get to the actuator. This is different from what the rear door is doing it just does nothing but the alarm will not set if the door pin isn t pushed down.
