2006 325i Door Locks Working But Door Stuck

I have already replaced fuse 57 from a 15 to a 20.
2006 325i door locks working but door stuck. If the door opens with the key then the lock portion is working but the solenoid portion of the latch is not operating correctly. Only the driver s side door can open now. The passenger side door and both rear doors will not unlock. Bmw published a tsb that said check fuses 56 57 and replace with a 20amp fuse instead of 15amp fuse if the fuse is bad.
