2004 Honda Accord Driver Side Door Lock Not Working

I had a humourous run in with one last year.

2004 honda accord driver side door lock not working. If i lock the doors manually from the outside by inserting my key into the keyhole all my doors will lock. Average repair cost is 120 at 115 600 miles. If its low have them ck for a leak. I told the service representative at curry honda in atlanta ga and he told me that the problem was probably a broken door lock actuator that would cost several hundred dollars to fix so i passed on the repair.

When i use my fob to lock my honda the driver s side door lock doesn t lock. I have a 2005 honda accord ex with power window locks operated from a key fob. Power door lock does not work with remote need help. One of the doors has a problem with the locking mechanism and does not respond to lock unlock key presses from the fob.

Ended up removing everything on the driver s side and when i opened the parts bag it had an r on it. Ah good old honda door lock actuators. I have a 2004 honda accord and the driver s side the a c system may be low on a charge. If unable to locate a leak they may need to rechagre it and add a uv dye and you may have to bring it back several weeks later.
