02 Explorer No Door Lock

02 explorer no door lock. The problem i have is that niether passenger or drivers door switch will unlock the doors however both switches will lock the doors. If you don t the light will just keep turning back on after the reset. If i use the keyless remote or the keypad on the exterior of the drivers door they will unlock. No door is opened but the doors refuse to lock and the warning light stays on.
